In general the service was GOOD. I enjoyed the room with a very nice scenic view, the bed was big. Location: the hotel was just off the centre, gangtok, and main market.

the room was quaint and immaculately clean, with cozy bed sheets and blankets that made us feel right at home. the staff was attentive, and their helpfulness made our stay truly enjoyable. We enjoyed delicious breakfast and the washroom was equipped with modern amenities. We also appreciated having access to the hotel's fitness center to help us stay active during our trip.

Sadly, we had some issues with the wifi connection, but this did not detract from the overall great experience we had at this hotel.

We loved the complementary breakfast and the tap water provided by the hotel. the hotel was located in a beautiful place, close to some of the major tourist spots. the room was very comfortable with cozy beds and hot water for a refreshing shower.
